We want you to absolutely love your Puff & Hue goodies. But if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it better.

You may return any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a resellable condition.

To start a return, please email us at hello@puffhue.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you of the status. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
